Who is camp for?

Church camp is for our ESCC whānau - old and young and everyone in between! If you don't fancy sleeping on a camp bed, we'd love it if you join us as a day visitor. That way you can sleep in the comfort of your own bed but still bless us with your presence!

Day vistor prices are: 
 • Day Visitor Adult - $10 per meal
 • Day Visitor Child - $5 per meal

Question 2

When does camp start and end?

You are welcome to arrive from 4.00 pm on Friday afternoon. We kick off the programme start at 6 pm with dinner, and finish by 2:30 pm on Sunday afternoon.

What do I need to bring?

• Sleeping bag or sheets and duvet (assume a single sized bed unless you have been told otherwise)
 • Sheets - single unless you have been notified to bring a double
 • Pillow
 • Towel
 • Toiletries
 • Insect repellent
 • Swimming togs 
 • Sunhat
 • Drink bottle
 • Board games, musical instruments, outdoor games
 • A rain jacket or umbrella
 • Pen and bible 
 • If you are camping, then bring your own tent and sleeping equipment

Where will I be sleeping?

If you select a tent ticket on your registration form, then you will need to bring your own tent or caravan. When you arrive, check in with the Welcome Team to find out where you can set up your tent or caravan. 
If you select a bunk room ticket and you are an individual, then you will likely be sharing with others. Families and couples will have their own room. If you have specific accommodation needs, please add a comment to your registration form and we will do our best to accommodate these.

Can I get a ride out to camp?

If you don't have wheels to get you to camp - no problem! We're a church family! We'll find a way. Just let Yvette know you need a ride.

Question 6

How much is camp and how do I pay?

Accepted Answer

First up - we want everyone from our ESCC whānau to be able to come to camp. We've got a suggested price to cover the cost of camp. However, if you're a ESCC regular and you can't afford that - don't stress, we've got you covered. Please just select 'koha' on your registration and give what you can.

Suggested prices are below: 
 • Adult (cabin/bunk) - $100 each
 • Adult (tent) - $75
 • Child (cabin/bunk) - $60
 • Child (tent) - $45
 • Under 5's - $20
 • Family - $300

Families should not pay more than $300 total.
 • Day Visitor Adult - $10 per meal
 • Day Visitor Child - $5 per meal

Can I pay in installments?

If that would be more manageable for you, absolutely! If you choose to do this, make sure you use internet banking and please note this in the particulars by writing ‘instalment’.  Or - chat with Yvette for cash options.

I have registered but now I can't make it after all... what should I do?

We understand that unexpected things arise. Get in touch with Yvette (yvette@keystoneconstruction.nz)(mailto:yvette@keystoneconstruction.nz)  and your registration will be updated. We will arrange refunds where possible.
