What's happening at ESCC?
SUNDAY SCHOOL
A Sunday School programme for primary school aged children runs in the church hall
during the service (in the school term time).
HOME GROUPS
A great opportunity to build friendships and encourage each other in everyday life.

CHUR
A youth group for years 7 + that runs every Thursday during term time
from 6.30 pm in the church hall.
PRAYER MEETINGS
This is a time when the church gathers to pray for our city and other issues of importance.
We have one morning and one evening prayer meeting per month.
BLOKES BRUNCH
Join with other guys from the local community for some really good food and conversation.
Blokes Brunch happens on the last Saturday of every month.
LADIES BRUNCH
Meet with ladies from the Shirley community for some really great discussion and food.
Ladies Brunches happens once per term

LISTENING POST
An informal place you can drop in for a bit of company, a general chat,
or a listening ear if something in troubling you.
Every Monday from 2.30 - 4.00 pm at the MacFarlane Park Community Garden (weather dependent)
GARDENING GROUPS
The MacFarlane Park Community Garden offers a chance to learn new skills or simply enjoy
the garden and the fruits/ vegetables of your labour.
Tuesdays 1.30 - 3.00 pm
Kids Gardening Club Tuesdays 3.15 - 4.00 pm
COMMUNITY CAFE
"MacFarlanes on the Park" is open Friday mornings during term time from 9.30 am - 12 noon,
Macfarlane Park Neighbourhood Centre, 17 Acheson Ave.
